Flowers Fuhrmann Orchards

In 2006, Abby Fuhrmann started growing fresh cut flowers for a 4-H project and now it has become a permanent staple for our customers. We have a passion for growing specialty flowers, 15+ different varieties, and we branched out 6 years ago to begin wedding design. Locally grown flowers are picked fresh for your event and will last you a week+, they are not shipped from S. America, they are unique to our area and specifically designed for your event, and it supports the local economy. We arrange flower bunches specifically for the 3 farmers markets each week June-October. We can provide flowers at an economical cost to you for all occasions; Weddings, Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Retirement and Birthday Parties, Corporate Events, and even Ladies Bouquet Night.

Join us at Fuhrmann Orchards for a one-of-a-kind flower picking experience. On select nights we will host a maximum of 25 people at the orchard for a workshop, suitable for all ages from 6:30-8:30pm. You will walk through our flower fields and pick flowers that you choose. Leanne, Abby and Melanie will educate you about the varieties of flowers we grow and how to pick and bunch them. Please bring scissors or pruners. We will be outside walking down the row, and tennis shoes or boots are best. Once the flowers are picked we will be at our sales building for bouquet making. Light refreshments will be served. Each participant will get to take the bouquet home with you! Please bring a vase of your own to the event with a smaller size opening. You will meet with Leanne, Abby and Melanie to discuss the style and color scheme of your wedding, needed arrangements and decorations for ceremony and reception space. We grow over 15 different varieties of flowers that we can combine to create that special look. The earliest we can grow fresh flowers in our region is the end of June, with the latest date the beginning of October. We can provide bridal party bouquets, groomsmen boutonnieres, parents/grandparents corsages, flower girl & ring bearer flowers, ceremony space decoration, reception space and table decorations.

We also have a DIY package where you purchase buckets of flowers, any variety (30-50 stems each) and create your own flowers for your event! This is great for brides who want to do an activity with their bridesmaids and family members. Flowers will need to be completed the evening before the wedding and kept in cold storage during the night (with no fruits and vegetables).
