Screen Printing: large orders with 1-6 print colors

Screen printing is the most common decoration process for custom apparel and is ideal for order of 12 pieces or more with 1-6 colors in the design. The unit print price is based on how many total products are printed using the same design and the amount of colors in the artwork.

Embroidery has both no minimum & quantity discounts

Embroidery is much different than printing, especially when it comes to how the artwork must be prepared for sewing. Artwork must first be digitized beofre a machine can sew it, which has a one time fee of $30 (4"x4" or smaller). Simple text does not have a digitizing fee.
